Privacy
Interlo is a text-message concierge for private clubs. This page explains what we keep, what we never touch, and how to have data removed.
What we keep
- For each member a club invites: their name, mobile number, who invited them, and the preferences they share with the concierge (interests, whether they're a man or a woman for men's and women's programs, children's age ranges, and which updates they want).
- The text messages they exchange with the concierge, so it can follow the conversation.
- For club staff: name and mobile number, used to sign in.
- Requests made through the demo form on this site.
What we never touch
- The member directory, member statements, account balances or billing, or other members' details.
Who can see it
- Club staff see announcement results and anonymized summaries of what members ask. They do not see members' conversations.
- Interlo staff can see the data to run and support the service.
Service providers
- Texts are delivered by Sendblue. Replies are written with Anthropic's Claude. Data is stored with Neon and hosted on Vercel, in the United States.
Your choices
- Text STOP at any time to stop announcements. You can still text the concierge with questions.
- To have your data deleted, ask your club or contact us through the demo form.
- At the end of a pilot, the club's data is deleted on request.
